Housing Stability & Support
Stable housing is the foundation for learning, work, and long-term success. We start by ensuring participants have safe, reliable shelter. When housing is insecure, we help connect individuals to trusted affordable housing resources so they can focus on training, employment, and building a sustainable future.

Skilled Trades Training
We provide accessible, hybrid training in high-demand skilled trades, combining classroom instruction with hands-on learning. Our programs are designed to build practical skills, confidence, and job readiness in fields that offer long-term stability and opportunity.

Paid Apprenticeships & OJT
We believe people learn best by doing. Through USDA-registered apprenticeships and paid on-the-job training, participants earn while they learn, gain real-world experience, and develop the skills employers need—without taking on unnecessary debt.
04
purpose
Job Placement
Training is only successful if it leads to meaningful work. We support participants with job placement, employer connections, and ongoing guidance to help them secure employment and build lasting careers in the skilled trades.
